Rules & Conditions of CTCS Privilege card use

1. Please, register your card by calling (+357) 70 000 001 and provide us with following information: your card number, your name, arrival date, name of the hotel and your travel agency.

2. You are welcome to use our services within 15 days after the registration.

3. If necessary, you can prolong your card’s validity by calling at (+357) 70 000 001

4. If you would like to block your card, please, inform us thereof. In this case you can use the balance remaining on your card next time.

5. Using CTCS cards gives you additional advantages. You will never be left without our attention. Our personnel are always at your disposal. If necessary, our representative can arrange a meeting with you at the hotel at your convenience.

6. You will receive qualified support considering the following:
